About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage LEAN/Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and teams to enhance and streamline existing processes, fostering sustainable operational improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging Lean tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver training and coaching programs to employees on Lean/CI principles and practices, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Production/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and Lean/CI methodologies, with a strong understanding of operational excellence principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerBI, and experience with SAP (ECC) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher) is required.
