About the Role

As a seasoned SAP Basis Team Leader at BROMsolutions AG Biel, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of SAP specialists in developing and implementing software solutions that drive business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP Basis topics, interface architecture, and project management to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

About You
  • We are looking for a highly experienced leader with a strong background in SAP Basis and team management.
  • You should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with several years of experience in leading SAP teams within the Basis area.
  • Proven project management and change management skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities, are essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with German and English languages is also required.
