Job Title: SAP Logistics Leadership Role

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Team Leader to join our team at BROMsolutions AG Biel. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of SAP specialists in the development and implementation of software bugs and process improvements for end users.
  • Analyze SAP releases and suggest new functions and solutions to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment.
  • Monitor performance, set annual objectives, and support career development of team members.
  • Recruit, train, and coach representatives to achieve desired results.
  • Organize training sessions and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules, AVC, and LO-VC.
  • Proven experience in project management and change management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in both German and English.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
