Your Challenge:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technology Team Lead to join our team at BROMsolutions AG Biel. As a leader and representative of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives within your business area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of SAP specialists in developing and implementing software solutions and process improvements that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Analyze SAP releases and proactively suggest new functions and solutions to improve business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment, coordinating with implementation partners for cross-module projects.
- Monitor performance, set annual objectives, and support career development for team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in leading SAP teams within the Basis area, with in-depth knowledge of Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, and Service Provider Management.
- Proven experience in project management and change management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with fluency in both German and English.
