Overview
- We are seeking a seasoned SAP Team Lead to spearhead our software innovation efforts at BROMsolutions AG Biel.
About the Role
You will lead a team of SAP specialists in developing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions, focusing on process improvements and bug fixes. Your expertise in Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, and Service Provider Management will be invaluable in driving our project management and change management initiatives.
A key aspect of this role is collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment. You will work closely with implementation partners for cross-module projects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within your team.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team by monitoring performance, setting annual objectives, and supporting career development.
- Analyze SAP releases and proactively suggest new functions and solutions to improve business processes, presenting them to designated committees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
- Oversee the hiring process, conduct job interviews, and ensure seamless integration of new team members.
- Organize training sessions, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative team culture.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience leading SAP teams within the Basis area.
- In-depth knowledge of Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, and Service Provider Management.
- Proven experience in project management and change management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in both German and English.
Your Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with flexible working time models and home office options.
