About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team and define the strategic roadmap for expanding Nexthink Infinity's data capabilities. This role focuses on enabling seamless end-user device troubleshooting, accelerating issue resolution, and contributing to the development of our AI-driven platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value data solutions that power our product's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Roadmap & Vision:
    • Define and maintain a clear and actionable roadmap for data capabilities, aligned with business priorities and feature team needs.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop a long-term vision for data collection and platform evolution, supporting company growth and future AI initiatives.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in end-user device troubleshooting and the ITSM ecosystem, becoming a trusted partner for internal teams and customer-facing functions.
  • Data Delivery & Execution:
    • Lead the delivery of new data capabilities, ensuring time-to-value is optimized.
    • Ensure new data is quickly adopted by feature teams, optimizing the L1 to L3 troubleshooting journey through close collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the data collection processes and third-party integrations.
  • Data Specifications & Platform Development:
    • Provide clear, detailed specifications for data collection requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
    • Collaborate with data storage and access teams to ensure data is stored efficiently and in a standardized manner for easy consumption.
    • Contribute to the evolution of data platform standards and processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with emerging needs.
