Our Enterprise Transformation team in Switzerland is looking for the Head Corporate Experience to join one of our offices (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneve).

Work with your industry colleagues to help our clients becoming renewable enterprises, able to constantly grow, adapt, and unlock value to outperform the competition.

Bring in-depth functional and cross-sector expertise in corporate transformation services to support clients defining business strategies, implementing business models, and optimizing processes by bringing experiences in several of the level 2 offerings below:

  • Drive Enterprise Model & Strategy initiatives to help clients managing complexity and achieving the promised value of their strategic operating and growth initiatives.
  • Help clients with Procurement Transformations: By acting as key contributors to the strategic and tactical success of an organization, Procurement delivers the flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and resources needed to operate effectively.
  • Support with Finance Transformations: By becoming more efficient, more data-led, and more digital, today’s corporate Finance function can be a true partner to the wider business, providing insight and real-time analytics.
  • Be a partner for SAP S/4 Transformations: SAP S/4HANA is not simply an IT transformation. Its success inevitably rests on your people and should be defined by user and business outcomes.

Next to sales and delivery activities in the areas above, manage and grow the Corporate Experience team by attracting and acquiring talent and building a motivating, sustainable and effective team structure.

Your Qualifications

  • Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor's or master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of international management or business transformation.
  • Industry knowledge: deep and strong knowledge of business models, enterprise and digital transformations, and corporate functions.
  • Consulting experience: 10+ years.
  • Business development: Active client network in Switzerland, with a firm appetite for sales, and proven experience in identifying and developing opportunities, including commercial proposal construction.
  • Leadership experience: Experienced in management with proven leadership skills and high emotional intelligence. Confidence and maturity to work with senior management.
  • Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
  • Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
  • Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
  • Flexibility in terms of location: you will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Geneva, Lausanne or Zurich), and from home.
