Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at SICPA. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials and finished products, ensuring they meet our high quality standards.

About the Role
  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished products to verify conformity to specifications;
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality inspections;
  • Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards;
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions;
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to improve product quality and processes;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in quality assurance is preferred;
  • Proven experience as a quality inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment;
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices, and techniques;
  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications;
  • Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or discrepancies accurately;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Flexible mindset and can-do attitude.
