Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials to ensure conformity to specifications.
  • Perform functional tests to verify product quality and identify any non-conformities.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to improve product quality and processes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in quality assurance is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a quality inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or discrepancies accurately.
