Group Investigations Director

Job Summary
Holcim is seeking a skilled Group Investigations Director to oversee investigations into misconduct allegations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, business, or a related field, as well as experience managing sensitive and complex investigations internationally.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess and manage concerns reported through Holcim's channels and determine if an investigation is warranted.
- Conduct investigations of misconduct allegations posing a heightened risk to the company.
- Collaborate with regional and local case managers to plan and conduct investigations.
Required Profile
- University degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 7+ years of professional experience in managing sensitive and complex investigations internationally.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of laws and regulations such as FCPA, UKBA, Sapin II.
- Data analytics skills and qualifications desired.
Leadership and Managerial Abilities
- Strong work ethics and unquestionable integrity.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple cases/projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Linguistic Skills
- Fluent in English and preferably French and/or Spanish, both written and verbal.
Mobility Requirements
- Ability to travel internationally (50%).
