**Show Production Manager for Eurovision 2025**

RTS is seeking a highly skilled Show Production Manager to join the team for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. As a key member of the Show Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the production.

  • Plan and supervise all early run-throughs for opening and interval acts.
  • Work closely with the Line Producer and technical teams to coordinate the production and procurement of props, including cost analysis, compiling quotes, and monitoring budget.
  • Draw up, manage, and oversee contracts with music acts, groups, and creative professionals, ensuring they meet ESC standards.
  • Collaborate with labels and management teams to resolve legal issues and contract details.
  • Manage and supervise styling and costumes, including ordering, delivery, and alteration, and coordinating with costume designers.
  • Organize storage and care of costumes during production and coordinate the hair & make-up team.
  • Act as the main contact for all the Show Team's LED-related requirements and work closely with technicians and engineers to manage and organize the LED content for the show.

**Your Profile**

We are looking for someone with several years of experience working as a production manager or in a similar role, with excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to keep calm in stressful situations. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with German or French being an asset. You will be part of an international and creative team striving to deliver an innovative and first-class production.
