Job Title: Production Manager Show ESC 2025

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. As a key member of the Show Team, you will be responsible for planning and supervising all early run-throughs for opening and interval acts, working closely with the Line Producer and technical teams, and managing the production and procurement of props.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and supervising all early run-throughs for opening and interval acts
  • Working closely with the Line Producer and technical teams
  • Managing the production and procurement of props
  • Drawing up, managing and overseeing contracts with music acts, groups and creative professionals
  • Ensuring that contracts meet the ESC Standards
  • Working with labels and management teams to resolve legal issues and contract details
  • Managing and supervising styling and costumes
  • Ensuring that costumes are ordered, delivered and altered in good time
  • Working closely with costume designers
  • Supervising and managing the budget for styling and costume production
  • Organising storage and care of costumes during production
  • Coordinating the hair & make-up team
  • Acting as main contact for all the Show Team's LED-related requirements
  • Working closely with technicians and engineers
  • Managing, supervising and organising the LED content for the show

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience working as a production manager or in a similar role
  • A team player with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to keep your cool in stressful situations
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; German or French would be useful as a second language
