Job Title: Business Associate Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Associate Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. As a Business Associate Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and building a team of business associates and advisors to drive business objectives on a month-on-month basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit business associates and advisors to drive business objectives.
- Coordinate regulatory trainings and manage daily, weekly, and monthly choreography.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly business associate meetings and income and goal-setting exercises.
- Joint field work with business associates and advisors to source insurance policies.
- Drive business submissions and issuances, clearance of pending cases, and train distribution on higher first-time right submission percentages.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Drive for results, communication skills, creative thinking skills, teamwork skills, influencing skills, and relationship-building skills.
