Challenges that will push you to be better every day
  • Operation (2nd and 3rd Level Support) Client Management Solutions with Microsoft Intune
  • Engineering and Troubleshooting of Modern Workplace Customer Infrastructures in the SME and Enterprise Segment
  • Independent Incident and Change Management with ServiceNow
  • Independent implementation of Modern Workplace Projects in existing customer environments
  • Support for Release Management of our Managed Service Customers
  • Support for the continuous technical development of our products and services in the Workplace area
The skills you bring
  • Completed studies in computer science or a related field
  • Comprehensive experience with macOS management
  • Knowledge of managing iOS, Android, and Windows 10/11 operating systems is an advantage
  • Experience in software packaging
  • Several years of experience in the Workplace Management environment (e.g. Microsoft Intune)
  • Comprehensive engineering and troubleshooting skills
  • Interest in your professional and personal development (completed certifications are an advantage)
  • You are committed and work independently, cooperatively, and solution-oriented
  • Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
