Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Product Manager for Medium Voltage Drives at creaSKILL GmbH. As a key member of our System Drives Division, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our air-cooled medium voltage drives portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Transition and Management: Support the transition of our air-cooled portfolio to future products, ensuring a seamless ramp-up and phasing out of legacy products.
  • Product Launch and Market Introduction: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to launch and introduce new products to the market, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Supply Chain Management, to ensure alignment and meet business objectives.
  • Product Requirements and Definition: Define product and market requirements for next-generation products, driving innovation and competitiveness.
  • Training and Analysis: Review product trainings for internal teams, sales communities, and customers, and prepare market, product, and competitor analyses.
  • Commercial Portfolio Transition: Address commercial aspects of the portfolio transition, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Over 15 years of experience in an industrial environment in engineering, product marketing, sales, or product management roles, ideally with experience in multiple roles.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Knowledge of and working experience (minimum 5 years) in air-cooled MV drives.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and purposeful with analytical, logical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
