We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner for Sustainability to join our dynamic team at Axpo. This role serves as the vital link between our business objectives and technical execution, focusing on delivering products that align with our sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Engage stakeholders throughout the project, ensuring their input is considered and the product meets their expectations.
- Define and communicate a strategic vision and direction for the product, guiding its development effectively.
- Focus on customer value through user-centric approaches and alignment with the IT department's broader goals.
- Manage the product backlog efficiently to accurately reflect stakeholder needs, converting these into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Use feedback to enhance product features and ensure the team focuses on the most valuable tasks for the business and customers.
- A university degree in IT, business administration, or related fields, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- 5+ years in sustainability, including roles in product ownership, business analysis, project management, and scrum mastery.
- Strong focus on customers, business insight, effective communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluent in English, good command of German, Spanish as a plus, and proficient in agile practices and principles to enhance team agility.
