We are currently searching for a International Retail Coordinator to reinforce the marketing team at our Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.

About the Role

Main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Create and monitor folder and files in Outlook directory as well as on the network for Retail Projects to guarantee proper filing and history.
  • Regularly follow up on pending tasks, data, and information.
  • Prepare different supporting documents for Retail Projects and monitor them in RetailNet (custom-made system).
  • Transfer documents to the signature process and ensure that deadlines for submission to Swatch Group are met.
  • Closely monitor Point of Sales: projection vs sales.
  • Track and update lease expiry lists: worldwide rental agreements expiring and associated deadlines.
  • Monitor and update Retail expansion list: proactive tracking of status of planned development, openings, relocations, and closures worldwide.
  • Prepare regular overviews of RetailNet budget and expenses.
  • Be responsible for weekly opening and closing reports.
  • Update weekly presentation for top management.
  • Update Point of Sales booklets quarterly (figures, pictures).
  • Provide general administrative support to the Retail Team (Admin, Development, Operation).
About You

You are a methodical and energetic person with a willingness to learn in the Retail International field. You are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, German, and/or French. Every other language is a plus.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around CHF 60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
