To reinforce our team, based in Bienne, we are looking for a:
Marketing & Events Trainee (3 months - 100%)

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Events Trainee to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, working on the organization of a corporate international event.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLES

EVENTS - around 70%
- Support in organizing corporate event in Switzerland.
- Manage the invitation process, including sending out invitations and tracking responses.
- Coordinate hotel reservations and restaurant bookings.
- Support logistics coordination, including transportation, audiovisual equipment, and signage.
- Organizing the dispatch of materials for the event.
- Provide on-site support during the event.

MARKETING - around 30%
- Follow-up on delivery of seasonal assets from the global team.
- Maintain brands seasonal content database and ensure their proper utilization across all channels.
- Support the department in preparing various marketing reports.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required education:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Business Administration.

Required knowledge:

- Proficient in English and French.
- Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus.

Required competencies:

- Rigorous, organized and ability to set priorities.
- Autonomous.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
