Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our Global Engineering department in Sisslerfeld. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing process engineering for peptide or oligonucleotide plants. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring GMP compliance and supporting project implementation from concept planning to commissioning.
Your Responsibilities- Act as a technical expert (SME) for process discipline within major projects
- Review and optimize design of engineering processes for peptide or oligonucleotide plants with external planners
- Support project implementation from concept planning to commissioning, adhering to relevant technical standards, GMP specifications, and HSE guidelines
- Ensure GMP compliance of systems and processes, along with associated technical documentation, in close cooperation with the quality assurance department
- University degree in process or chemical engineering or a related field
- Sound expertise in planning and technology of chemical-pharmaceutical API production plants
- Familiarity with GMP requirements in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, clean utilities, clean rooms, and containment
- Sound process knowledge in upstream and/or downstream of peptides or oligonucleotides is an advantage
