Commercial Optimization Manager EMEA

We are seeking a Commercial Optimization Manager EMEA to lead projects that optimize capacity utilization, improve efficiency, and increase value-added business across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Jointly execute commercial pricing strategies with Global Commercial Business Optimization to ensure optimal margins and pricing floors.
- Steer demand generation and profitability through pricing management, identifying opportunities to grow our premix business.
- Collaborate with AM/Sales Managers/GM's to target premix customers and segments, driving agreed-upon premix volumes and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on pricing, volumes, sales, profitability, capacity utilization, and premix network optimization to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide analytical support for specific commercial optimization projects, driving results and informing business strategy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in economics, Science, Engineering, or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, International Trade, or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience working in and across multi-disciplinary, diverse teams in large organizations.
- Proven analytical skills, with experience working with processes and systems.
- Experience in managing others.
