People Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled People Team Lead to join our Application & Formulation team in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of 24 employees in the EMEA region, focusing on all aspects of the P&O cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert capability gaps into individual and team development goals aligned with segment strategies.
  • Set individual development plans aligned with team goals.
  • Provide expertise in talent development and implement solutions to meet business needs.
  • Enhance collaboration effectiveness within the team and beyond.
  • Owning the performance review process and feedback collection.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload effectively.
  • Oversee the P&O cycle, including goals, talent review, development, and compensation.
  • Focusing on people development, coaching, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales and business operations.

Requirements:
  • A passion for people development and a keen business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, a strong affinity for people development, and the ability to embrace diverse viewpoints.
  • A knack for helping others think things through and can stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be a self-starter who thrives on driving change and possesses a curious and inquisitive mindset.
  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility for business travel in Europe, Middle East and Africa (25-35%).
  • Leadership experience is essential, and a background in a technical field or sales function would be advantageous.
