Expert Engagement Manager

Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and support our teams to ensure outstanding delivery
  • Develop and implement impactful AI solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of our engagement strategy, focusing on stakeholder management and client care
  • Overcome obstacles to unlock true business benefits and ROI for our clients
  • Actively create and monitor value-based client benefits throughout the engagement
  • Take responsibility for driving corrective actions on delivery challenges and making tactical decisions to deliver value-based solutions
  • Manage engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization, and internal KPIs
Client Relationships

You will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with our clients, identifying opportunities for value creation, and developing innovative initiatives to enhance client value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop relationships with key individuals and assist in conceptualizing potential offerings for new clients
  • Manage a revenue quota of managed revenues based on collaboration assigned
  • Develop a diverse network of external contacts
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Data Science, ML, or Computer Science, as well as a solid track record of building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.

Key Requirements:

  • Data Science, ML, or Computer Science background
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Ability to deal with C-Level stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language
