Vous rejoindrez notre équipe de professionnels de l'hôtellerie-restauration chez Hosco, leader dans le domaine de la formation et de l'emploi dans l'industrie de l'accueil.

Compétences requises :

  • Exécution de toutes les tâches dans la zone de production en conformité avec les lignes directrices de qualité et de gestion.
  • Préparation, traitement et service de tous les plats selon les instructions et en consultation avec le Chef de Cuisine.
  • Fournis la mise en place requise.
  • Conformité aux normes de cuisine et aux réglementations d'hygiène.
  • Stockage approprié de tous les aliments.
  • Soins et nettoyage de toutes les zones de travail et de l'équipement.
  • Conformité à toutes les lignes directrices HACCP.

Expérience et Qualifications :

  • Vous avez complété un apprentissage en tant que chef.
  • Vous avez déjà acquis une expérience professionnelle initiale en tant que demi-chef de cuisine dans des établissements de premier ordre.
  • En plus de votre conscience de la qualité, vous êtes caractérisé par la flexibilité, la résilience, l'esprit d'équipe et l'enthousiasme.
  • Vous pouvez communiquer en allemand et/ou en français, d'autres langues sont un avantage.
