Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Handling cash transactions for Private Banking clients, including withdrawals, deposits, foreign currency transactions, metal transactions, etc;
  • Welcoming customers and providing high-quality service;
  • Handling sensitive information confidentially, complying with all internal regulations;
  • Managing access and safe deposit box;
  • Managing administrative activities on safe deposit boxes, including daily and periodic checks, archiving, statistics, etc;
  • Handling administrative tasks relating to cash transactions, including accounting, archiving, daily and periodic checks, statistics, etc;
  • Varying administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Cashier in a bank;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and proficiency using IT tools;
  • Be client-oriented, able to empathize, and willing to listen to customers;
  • Knowledge of English and Swiss national languages;
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize requests from different stakeholders;
  • Accuracy, precision, and confidentiality;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Ability to work independently, in direct contact with customers.
