Lead Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Hyatt Place Zurich Airport. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing communications strategy to drive awareness and reputation of our hotels, convention center, and F&B outlets.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in marketing communications, preferably in the hospitality industry, and be fluent in English and German. They will be responsible for ensuring 360-degree implementation of campaigns across all touchpoints, collaborating with our PR and digital agency, and preparing and executing annual marketing plans.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing communications strategies to increase awareness and reputation of our hotels, convention center, and F&B outlets
- Collaborating with our PR and digital agency to ensure effective campaign execution
- Preparing and executing annual marketing plans, including monthly reporting on key strategic objectives and campaigns
- Assisting the Commercial Director with budget planning and management
- Building strategic partnerships with external parties such as media and stakeholders
- Driving innovation in marketing and communication and leading upcoming projects
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately CHF 80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
