Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions
- Required to stand for extended periods of time; frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel and to reach with hands and arms; frequently required to talk and hear.
- Occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, or crouch; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
