As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of processes and the excellence of our products. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining and enhancing quality standards within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Process Reliability: Guarantee and enhance the dependability of our operational processes and product quality.
- Error Coordination: Manage and monitor error reports to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Documentation Development: Create comprehensive process descriptions and establish quality regulations.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions focused on quality assurance practices.
- Production Oversight: Carry out regular inspections on the production floor.
- Project Participation: Engage in various quality management initiatives.
- Incoming Goods Inspection: Potentially assist with tasks related to the incoming goods inspection department.
- Completed a technical apprenticeship complemented by specialized training in quality assurance.
- Extensive experience in a comparable position.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and practices.
- Proficient in essential software applications and reporting tools, including MS Office and SAP Q-Module.
- Possess assertiveness, decision-making capabilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and EN9100 standards is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings.
