Taproom Support Associate

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Taproom Support Associate to join our team at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. As a Taproom Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure guests are seated at a clean, properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible
  • Run food, deliver beer, and help expedite the guests' experience
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for the guests to dine in
  • Follow and enforce SNBC and State of California and/or North Carolina laws and policies regarding alcoholic beverages
  • Actively participate in daily, weekly, monthly trainings and operational updates to ensure up-to-date knowledge
  • Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including but not limited to the food prep area, all guest-facing areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and offices
  • Uphold standards which exceed regulatory industry standards for health code, quality, and cleanliness
Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail, quick-service or full-service restaurant environment, taproom, or breweries preferred
  • An interest in and love of craft beer, local and artisanal food, and dynamic operations is required
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to consistently maintain professionalism, collaboration, and self-motivation
  • Computer literacy is preferred
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities while still delivering superior customer service
  • ServSafe Food Certification within 30 Days required
