Brand Manager for Chocolate Portfolio

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will be responsible for implementing a portfolio strategy that drives sustainable growth and supports profit and loss management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources to support consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.
  • Offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans and develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on deep consumer insights and brand positioning.

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong understanding of consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer goods sector in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in developing a seamless consumer experience and managing business objectives beyond brand and budget.
  • Analytics and creativity—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
  • Swiss market knowledge and good knowledge of the German language are a must.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the food industry.

Education and Certifications

A university degree (Master) in Marketing or Economics is required.
