Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Fischer Personal. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies for our confectionery portfolio, aligning with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement brand strategies that drive growth and exceed category performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation, in collaboration with our Center of Excellence.
- Portfolio Management: Ensure that our confectionery portfolio is aligned with consumer needs and profitability expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales, to ensure product alignment with brand strategy.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Media Planning: Work with media agencies to produce impactful marketing activation programs and materials.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for the confectionery portfolio, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, market share, and consumer feedback to measure brand performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Innovation: Lead innovation initiatives to develop new products or improve existing products based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and trade marketing, as well as external partners, such as media and creative agencies.
- Reporting: Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders at local and regional levels.
- Compliance: Ensure that all branding and marketing activities comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Skills: Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in media planning.
- Language: Fluent in English, German as mother tongue.
