We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that drives awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our product.
Key Responsibilities- Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with the product team to plan and execute all-round product activities, translating capabilities into business benefits. Engage with market analysts to understand trends and ensure Flowable remains top-of-mind and publicly recognized in its market. Research and maintain an up-to-date competitive landscape. Identify and measure key metrics for product success, including trial usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and marketing campaigns.
- Positioning & Messaging: Execute on the go-to-market strategy in target markets and segments, defining buyer personas, and ideal customer profiles. Craft and refine impactful messaging, reflecting Flowable's USP across materials/marketing assets: from blogs, to webinars, videos, papers.
- Sales Enablement: Maintain the product's USP across all sales and marketing materials and develop tools like battlecards, sales decks, and email scripts, creating a feedback loop to enhance them continuously. Manage marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption, collaborating with growth marketing to optimize digital campaigns and maximize ROI.
- 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, solution marketing, product management.
- Previous experience in B2B tech marketing, enterprise software or SaaS product marketing mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences.
- Ability to synthesize and distill complex information into clear, concise messaging for different audiences.
- Hands-on attitude and eagerness to bring our product to the next level.
- Excellent English skills is essential. German or another European language is a plus.
