About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Manager to join our team at 360 Talent London. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving the business and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and control inventory levels and manage stockroom operations
- Ensure that all sales and customer service processes are followed and maintained
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a floor manager or supervisor in a luxury fashion house, preferably in the jewellery or watches sector
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful sales strategies
- Excellent people management and customer service skills
- Fluent in German; English or French is a plus
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to CHF 492,024 per year
