Job Title: Digital Marketing Senior Specialist - Customer Journey Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team at Michael Page Switzerland. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer journey strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop in-depth knowledge of customer engagement channels and create detailed customer journey maps to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Experience Analysis: Analyze customer needs, interactions, and feedback to identify friction points and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Research and Insights: Conduct research to identify critical pain points that affect customer satisfaction and retention, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and product, to design and implement solutions to improve the customer journey.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of customer journey initiatives and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Customer Journey Specialist or a similar Customer Experience Specialist role within the digital field.
  • Skills: Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting conversion funnels, solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels, proficiency in MS Office, and CX and CRM software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
