Luxury Marketing Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning and Research Associate Director to join our team at Digital Luxury Group, DLG SA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and promoting our critical intelligence products, while also serving as a pivotal link between our creative, performance marketing, and social media teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sophisticated Audience Analysis
    • Identify audience segments and create personas
    • Conduct market research (quantitative and qualitative)
    • Analyze consumer behavior
    • Map customer journeys
  • Brand & Communications
    • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that align with our clients' luxury ethos
    • Create briefs and lay the foundation for brand (re)positioning mandates
    • Work on new business development and pitches
    • Enrich account briefs with valuable insights and fuel the creative team
    • Leverage data and trends knowledge to challenge strategies and optimize digital channel performance
    • Partner with the social media team to curate and implement innovative campaigns
    • Communicate effectively with agency colleagues
  • Competitive Intelligence
    • Guide the product and contribute to the roadmap
    • Identify trends
    • Spot innovations and produce insights
    • Promote the Luxury Innovation Tracker to prospects, clients, and partners
  • Luxury Ads Monitoring
    • Work closely with the innovation team to improve the relevance and insights generated by the tool
    • Present the solution to prospects and clients
    • Analyze data and write reports on key trends in luxury advertising
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in a strategic planning or similar role
  • Expertise in luxury (watches and jewelry specifically) and private banking is a plus
  • Strong understanding of sophisticated audiences (HNWI/UHNWI)
  • Experience with creative campaign development
  • Market research skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in French and English
