Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior IT Support Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support and maintenance to our clients, including installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining technology and office systems.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with support peers to enhance knowledge of supported technologies and business cycles, and update the knowledge base to ensure accurate information is available.
  • Incident Management: Monitor the support queue, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly, and document actions and solutions in the incident management system.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients on incident and request statuses, and adhere to Service Management best practices.
  • Technology Acquisition and Implementation: Ensure technology meets local business needs, participate in acquisition and implementation, and develop knowledge of business cycles and technical requirements.
  • Project Participation: Participate in projects involving new technology evaluation and integration, complete project tasks and execute test plans as assigned, and communicate project status and new technology information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Supporter
  • IT educational background
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft environment, O365, ServiceNow, AD, Windows
  • Familiarity with CISCO network
  • Proactive mindset, willing to be involved in a variety of projects and share insights
  • Flawless English (C1 level minimum required) - French is optional
