Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our central marketing team, you will play a vital role in assisting us to improve the European marketing campaign project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support European marketing managers in planning, executing, and reporting GTM projects and marketing campaigns for Microsoft.
  • Update and manage the campaign process in Wrike, including creating creative and overseeing the creation of advertising materials in cooperation with the design department.
  • Act as a central stakeholder vis-a-vis European and Local marketing managers, copywriters, designers, and automation and performance specialists.
  • Implement translations processes in XTM for local approval.
  • Ensure that local marketing managers and other stakeholders (e.g. ALSO partners for GTM Projects) know each campaign, have approved content, and know what to do for execution and claiming.
  • Track the campaigns performance relative to the established KPIs.
  • Assist with collecting data for the planning and reporting of campaigns, and lead on campaign proof management (fully understand Microsoft guidelines and ensure all those who need to be involved also understand these).
  • Join the marketing manager in operational calls when needed to understand the marketing goals and write meeting minutes entirely.
  • Help with the continuous process optimization of marketing campaigns using new tools.
  • Produce month-end reports including the list of POs worked and timeline for each project or tasks.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in communication management, marketing management, Project management, or a comparable course of study.
  • You have proven project management experience in digital marketing (preferably in the ICT industry).
  • You have very good written and spoken English and good skills in a second European language.
  • You have excellent user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • You have experience with project management tools (ideally Wrike).
  • You work in a solution-oriented and quality-conscious manner.
  • You have a structured way of working, quick perception, and hands-on mentality.
