We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Reliability & Asset Manager to join our Plant Engineering Biologics team at Lonza. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and maintainability of equipment and systems within our Biologics facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute reliability improvement plans to enhance overall plant reliability and efficiency
- Develop, monitor, and update maintenance strategies and programs to optimize maintenance activities
- Conduct failure analysis and problem-solving to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Support asset and budget management to ensure effective resource allocation
- Train and develop engineering and maintenance teams on reliability best practices and new procedures
- University degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or similar field
- Highly experienced in Engineering, Maintenance in Biopharma/GMP environment
- Strong understanding of business and financial processes
- Ability to communicate externally and internally at higher levels
- Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude
- Fluent German and good verbal and written English skills
