Senior GMP Operations Manager

As the Head of GMP Support, you'll play a key role in driving our success by leading a dedicated team of technical experts and executional staff. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement improvement and harmonization projects related to material and personnel transfer, as well as room cleaning for our Biologics assets at Visp. You'll also support asset qualification and strive for efficiency, digitalization, and excellence in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a dedicated team of leaders with skilled technical experts and committed executional staff
- Develop and site-wide implement improvement and harmonization projects related to material and personnel transfer as well as room cleaning
- Support assets during qualification in the coordination of activities related to the above
- Continuously strive for efficiency, digitalization, and excellence and expand the scope of services provided to the supported functions
- Further strengthen and develop the team to support change management and thorough and timely investigation of deviations
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities with feedback loops to our internal stakeholders
