Senior Expert in Business Process Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Senior Expert in Business Process Automation & Analytics to join our Architecture and Application Management Team at Octapharma AG.
Key Responsibilities- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement hyperautomation solutions.
- Requirement and Specification Management: Establish and maintain robust requirement and specification management practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Automation Solution Delivery: Collaborate with IT business partners and development teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various business partners to understand their needs and develop value cases for automation solutions.
- Educational and Professional Background: Proven experience in delivering digital and hyperautomation solutions, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Technical Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of AI, ML, RPA, and integration platforms, as well as proficiency in data analysis and process modeling tools.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business environments, with a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends in hyperautomation.
