About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Expert to join our team at Octapharma. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest business intelligence technologies and trends, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure the success of the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a senior Business Intelligence role.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through data-driven insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Azure-based Data Warehouse solutions, including SQL, Power BI, and DAX.
  • Fluent in English.
