About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Licensing Team as a Global Licensing Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our global licensing strategy and go-to-market activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Licensing Team in developing and executing the global licensing strategy, including market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales teams, to ensure seamless implementation of licensing categories in Swarovski distribution.
- Manage the global sample management process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of samples to stakeholders.
- Oversee cost tracking and PO creation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Liaise with the Training Department to develop training materials and support the creation of the collection framework.
- Lead ad-hoc projects, representing the category in specific activities, cross-functional work, and alignment with internal stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for a unique and talented individual who brings the following skills and experience:
- University degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Past professional experience in a marketing role in an international company is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills – another language is a plus.
- Team orientation and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Creative and flexible approach, with a proactive attitude.
