En tant que Lead Architect Enterprise Services, vous faites partie des cadres supérieurs au sein de l'équipe de direction « Architecture & Technology » de la Poste.
Vous êtes responsable de l'architecture d'entreprise pour les unités de fonction Finance, RH et Supply Chain (SAP et services non-SAP) et créez la vision architecturale et technologique pour soutenir la stratégie Business & IT.
Vous assurez la vision du groupe et les intérêts (efficacité, standardisation, etc.) via les clusters avec vos pairs Lead Architects, les domaines d'activité et les calques dans les disciplines de l'architecture.
Vous gérez les thèmes actuels de l'architecture en les abordant dans les business clusters, les zones de focalisation et les couches architecturales.
Vous faites avancer et mettez en œuvre le développement et la gestion de l'architecture SAP Enterprise pour le groupe Poste (gouvernance, standardisation, directives et principes en matière d'architecture).
Vous êtes responsable de l'intégration des nouvelles technologies dans les unités d'affaires en tenant compte de leur potentiel et de leur impact.
Vous stimulez les développements innovants en tant qu'expert ou expert visionnaire et donnez des impulsions aux clusters.
Vous collaborez à des projets et élaborer des concepts stratégiques supérieurs complètent votre activité variée.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'une haute école (université, HES, ES, etc.) en informatique, en informatique de gestion, en mathématiques ou dans un domaine de spécialisation similaire et avez accompli une formation continue dans TOGAF.
Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'interface entre technologie et business et savez communiquer clairement à tous les niveaux et en fonction des échelons.
Vous aimez travailler dans des organisations matricielles et avez déjà acquis l'expérience de gestion correspondante.
Vous apportez le bon équilibre en associant votre esprit d'entreprise, vos capacités de coaching et votre talent de réseauteur, et vous incarnez notre nouvelle culture IT misant sur une approche pragmatique favorisant la collaboration entre toutes les unités.
Vous avez une forte orientation en matière de prestations et de conseil, une grande motivation et une bonne vision d'ensemble.
Vous savez communiquer dans plusieurs langues et disposez de très bonnes connaissances en français, en allemand et en anglais.
