Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €120,000 - €150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, pension plan, and generous leave entitlements.

Job Description

As a Senior Ion Beam Physicist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced ion beam manipulation techniques, collaborating with our team of experts to deliver high-quality results, and contributing to the design and operation of our state-of-the-art facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop novel ion beam manipulation techniques to meet the requirements of our user community.
  • Collaborate with our team to optimize the performance of our ion beam facilities.
  • Contribute to the development of new infrastructure and technologies to support our research programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD or equivalent relevant experience in nuclear physics, nuclear engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in ion beam manipulation, purification techniques, and related diagnostics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex R&D projects and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
