Our Internship Program

As an intern at Batmaid, you will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes that make a real difference for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and cleaning agents.
  • Work with our recruitment team to devise innovative ways of attracting new talent applications.
  • Assist in the development of our business operations, including customer cleaning operations, business cleaning operations, and end-of-tenancy operations.

Requirements

  • You are a Bachelor or Master student or recent graduate from any academic background.
  • You are an innovative quick learner who is up for the challenge of working in a fast-paced, agile, and fast-growing company.
  • You have an entrepreneur mindset and take ownership of individual tasks.
  • You want to grow professionally as well as personally.
  • You want to work in an international and multicultural setting.
  • You speak English to a minimum C1 level.
  • You speak German to a minimum C1 level.
  • You may even have further language skills, which add to our valued diversity.
