About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective operational services and key business issues are addressed. They will perform and support all employee lifecycle processes, from hiring to retirement, and ensure a consistent approach to HR activities while adhering to regional and global policies, as well as local statutory requirements.

  • Ensure activities are focused on key business issues and an effective operational service is provided.
  • Perform and support all employee lifecycle related processes from Hire to Retire (such as hiring, onboarding, end of employment).
  • Design and help implement company policies that align with regional and global guidelines.
  • Participate in regional or global projects, as required.
  • Cooperate with HR service providers and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a global or regional matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labour laws and regulations.
  • A proactive approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; German and/or fluency is a distinct advantage.
