Business Development Coordinator

About the Role

Oaktree is a global investment manager specializing in alternative investments, with a strong presence in the EMEA region. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support to our EMEA Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the EMEA Marketing team, including scheduling travel arrangements, maintaining complex calendars, and coordinating meetings and conference calls.
  • Manage logistics of onsite and offsite client and prospect meetings, including booking conference rooms, ordering food, and preparing materials.
  • Assist with the coordination of investment funds subscription agreements, standard due diligence, and marketing material requests.
  • Maintain the CRM database (SalesForce) and assist with email mass mailing processes.
  • Perform general administration duties, including managing expense reports, scanning, photocopying, filing, and meeting room bookings.
  • Work in partnership with other administrative assistants to ensure optimal support for the team.

Requirements

  • PA or EA work experience within the financial sector.
  • 4 years of work experience in a support role.
  • Experience in organizing complex international travel.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced user in Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Fluent in English and German.
