Therapy Sales Specialist Spine Romandie

We are seeking an experienced Therapy Sales Specialist to join our team in Bern, Switzerland. As a key member of our Cranial and Spinal Technologies team, you will be responsible for sales activities within Swiss Romandie, promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
- Conduct market research, including customers and competitors' activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders.
- Spinal therapy experience, either commercial or in operating room support.
- Physician stakeholder management.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Availability to travel up to 70% of working time.
- Team playing attitude and ability to cooperate within a team.
- Ability to work independently and without supervision.
- Full clean driver's license.
