About the Job:
Hosco is seeking a skilled Culinary Team Leader to join our team. As a Culinary Team Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our galley, ensuring the highest quality food production and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the galley team, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef to develop menus and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of the galley and food preparation areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of culinary experience, including 3-4 years as a Chef de Cuisine or similar position.
- Advanced culinary skills and knowledge of premium brand hospitality environments.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to effectively handle complex situations and manage interactions with guests.
