Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Procurement Specialist, der sich auf die öffentliche Beschaffung von ICT-Diensten und -Lösungen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Procurement-Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Durchführung von öffentlichen Beschaffungen, die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen und externen Stakeholdern und die Entwicklung von Strategien zur Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung öffentlicher Beschaffungen und Beratung unserer Fachbereiche in allen Beschaffungsphasen.
  • Erstellung bedarfsgerechter Spezifikationen gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Fachpersonen von Switch und den Kunden und Destinatären.
  • Beschaffung von Informationen über potenzielle Lieferunternehmen, Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen.
  • Unterstützung des Rechtsdienstes bei der Ausgestaltung von Verträgen und Service Level Agreements (SLAs) mit verschiedenen Partnerorganisationen.
  • Optimierung des Beschaffungsprozesses und der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferunternehmen.
Qualifikationen
  • Rechts-, Informatik- oder Wirtschaftsstudium oder Weiterbildung als Fachperson Einkauf oder Öffentliche Beschaffungen mit eidg. Fachausweis.
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet im ICT-Umfeld, einer öffentlichen Verwaltung oder dem Hochschulwesen.
  • Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Beschaffungswesen und den relevanten rechtlichen Grundlagen.
  • Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Praktisches Projektmanagement-Erfahrung und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
