- Medical and/or Business Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or a medical field
- Procurement Experience
- Several years of experience in a medical procurement role, preferably in orthopedics and traumatology

- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to drive results and make informed decisions
- Language Skills
- Fluent in German and English, with knowledge of French an advantage
